Bill has over 25 years of experience in the office equipment, outsourcing, and software industries in Canada. As a past President of IKON Canada he was responsible for creating a national equipment and service provider that generated over $300 million in sales. While at IKON he created standardized national policies and procedures that maintained local sales presence and culture.

IDS Canada provides the financial support and guidance to assist Canada’s independent dealers to take their businesses to the next level. Bill will play an integral role growing IDS Canada to meet the needs of the Canadian SME market in the 21st Century.

Brian began his career in the business solutions industry at OE Inc., Markham, in 1987. When he joined, his responsibilities included credit, collections, accounting, taxation, leasing, joint venture relations, and sales and service administration. Following acquisition of OE Inc. by Canon Canada, Brian was promoted to Canon’s executive management team. While at Canon, his responsibilities broadened to include treasury, budgeting, operations, and sales division management. Brian left Canon as Vice President in 2006 to join a publicly traded railway supply company, which was actively engaged in an aggressive M&A strategy. Brian is excited to return to the business solutions industry as a member of IDS Canada’s executive management team and looks forward to applying his experience to help IDS successfully achieve its business growth targets.

Claude founded DCI and held leadership positions with OE, Canon, and IKON. Claude brings a depth of knowledge to support IDS companies. His combination of copier and IT based experience provides IDS Canada with an excellent resource as it develops its managed print service (MPS).

His primary responsibilities include marketing, sales force expansion, and increasing sales productivity. In addition, Claude works with our partners to expand their product and service offerings, and training and certification programs.
