Intelligent Data Systems (Canada) Inc. (IDS) is a merger of independent small and medium size office equipment dealers throughout Canada. Since our founding in February 2011, IDS has acquired 5 businesses within the province of Quebec and plans to expand nationwide. Merging these companies streamlined our operations and strengthened our relationships with industry leading companies, allowing us to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services at the most competitive prices. Each company involved in the merger continues to operate under its pre-acquisition name and management team to ensure continuity of our high quality service.

As a leading provider of business technology solutions, IDS Canada offers a wide range of equipment and services to meet all of our customers imaging needs. Each company sells a full line of multi-branded office and production systems, software and supplies, as well as related workflow and network integration solutions. All business solutions are designed to make the sales, installation and training process painless, and our manufacture trained and certified service staff are always available to guarantee your imaging capabilities are never interrupted. To further enhance customer experience, IDS Canada also offers contract IT knowledge outsourcing service and managed print services (MPS).

The communities surrounding each company have played a large roll in our success, so to give back IDS Canada hires local employees and donates to local charities. With over 100 years of collective industry experience, financial backing from Presidio Investors in San Francisco CA, and support from our local community we will become Canada’s premier provider of office technology solutions for small to medium sized business.
